This Privacy Policy is presented to you by Spectre Outdoors, LLC located in Madison, MS (“Spectre”). Spectre is the owner of YUDU ( and all associated websites, mobile applications, services, tools, or other delivery mechanisms. This Privacy Policy describes our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information. It applies to any YUDU website, mobile application, application, service, or tool (collectively “Services”) regardless of how you access or use them, including through mobile devices.


By using our Services and/or registering for an account with us, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Notice and our  Terms of Use Agreement , and you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information as described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not provide the information we require, we may not be able to provide all our Services to you.


What Types of Information

We collect and use the following information to provide, improve and protect our Services:

We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Spectre or our users; or (d) protect Spectre’s property rights.


Taking Care of Your Information

Security. We protect your information using technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls. Retention. We retain your personal information as long as it is relevant for our operations. In addition, we may retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with national laws, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce our Terms of Use Agreement and take other actions permitted or required by applicable national laws. After it is no longer necessary for us to retain your personal information, we dispose of it in a secure manner



If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you (for example, via a message to the email address associated with your account) of any such deal and outline your choices in that event.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you.
